There's something special about finding a piece that feels right at home. At Baza Home, we want every order to bring that quiet sense of belonging when it arrives. And if it doesn't quite fit your space the way you'd hoped, we'll happily make things easy.

A 60-day window

From the day your order arrives, you have 60 full days to send something back. Plenty of time to live with it, see how it works in your space, and decide what stays.

Condition of returned items

To keep things fair, returned pieces should be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Free of damage or signs of wear
  • Returned with the original packaging

There are no restocking fees on our side. None at all.

How to start a return

Returns at Baza Home begin with a quick email. Send a note to info@bazahome.com with your order number, and one of our team will reply with the next steps and the return address.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are looked after by the customer. We'd warmly suggest using a trackable service so you have peace of mind while your parcel makes its way back to us.

Exchanges

Prefer a different colour or piece? Just say the word. Let us know in your return email and we'll do everything we can to organise an exchange for you.

When your refund arrives

Once your return reaches our team and has been inspected, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. After that, your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to settle the funds back into your account.
